🎬 My First Official Film Role

I was recently cast in a beautiful heartfelt film shot in Los Angeles (more to come) and honestly… it still feels surreal. I cried in the makeup chair. 😅

I am so grateful. I thank God my Lord and Savior Jesus for this opportunity to be part of such an inspirational project and to work alongside an amazing cast creative team and crew.

And maybe… the tears were about more than just the role.

They were about how far I have come and how I made it with God. 

There was a time I thought I needed permission or support to live my purpose.

But healing taught me :

You do not need anyone’s permission to live the life God already laid out for you.

Not everyone will understand your boundaries.

Not everyone will celebrate your growth.

But that does not stop what God has for you.

I am walking in peace. Living a dream no one else had to approve of.

And I give all the glory to God the One who carries me calls me and continues to open doors I could never have imagined.🙏🏾✨

I have control over the decisions I make for my life. I walk confidently in the freedom God has given me.

If you have ever felt stuck because of others’ opinions or expectations please know:

You are allowed to heal.

You are allowed to move forward.

You are allowed to choose peace.

You are never walking alone.

Because most importantly, God is in control — and you’re in control of what you decide to do.

No matter the negativity that tries to stick to your spirit…

Keep going.

Have faith.

Do your best and let God do the rest.
